2008 Association Dues.  
A fair and effective HOA requires that all residents pay their dues in full and on time.  Please make sure that you are current in your dues.  The address for payments is Beaver Lake Park HOA, PO BOX 683, Issaquah, WA 98027.  Thank you. 

Exterior Paint - Approval Required.
Now that the nice weather is approaching, the coming months may be a good time to touch up any peeling paint on the exterior of your homes.  This is a reminder that if you wish to change the paint color of the exterior of your house, you must first obtain the approval of the HOA Architecural Control Committee in accordance with Section 11.1 of the Association's CC&Rs.  editor_upload/File/ccrs.2.pdf  This in intended to insure the consistency and beauty of our community, which is especially important with all of the new nearby devlopments being planned.  Please contact the Board for more information (button at left).

Yard Maintenance Reminder:
Even though the warmer weather has ended, it is very important for our community that all residents properly maintain their landscaping, which includes keeping lawns and shrubs properly trimmed, removing dead or diseased plants, and watering lawns when needed. These actions will help maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and the value of our homes, and are required by the Association's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Garbage Bins:
Please remember to bring your garbage, recycling and yard waste bins to your backyards by the end of each pick-up day.  Also, remember that the bins are not supposed to be stored in in the front or side of your house in an area that is visible to your neighbors.

Beaver Lake Park Off Leash Dog Area

2 acres of fun for your pet!  Sammamish has it's own Dog Park.  There are 2 separate areas...one for small dogs, and one for large dogs.  It is located behind the baseball fields at the 244th Ave SE entrance to Beaver Lake Park.  The Grand Opening is scheduled for       May 1st, 2008!
